Only products purchased directly from this Website can be returned or exchanged using the procedure described below. If you purchased your Hunter products at a retail store or from another website, these products must be returned or exchanged at the original store or site from which they were purchased.

Returning new, unused product
You may return new, unworn, or unused products within thirty (30) days from the date on which the goods were shipped to you. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be credited to the original credit card used. All goods must be returned unused, in a fully re-salable condition, and in the original packaging. If the goods have been used, they will be returned to you, and no credit will be issued.
If you have been shipped the incorrect products, please do accept our apologies. Please follow the instructions for sending back returns and exchanges and use the included UPS or Canadian Post prepaid label to return the goods to our warehouse. Upon receiving your return, we will send you the replacement order at no additional cost to you.
Occasionally, white marks may appear on your boots. This is not a defect but a release of a natural protective wax that can easily be wiped clean with a damp cloth or with the use of Hunter care products. You may exchange new, unworn, or unused products within thirty (30) days from the date on which the goods were shipped to you. We will accept exchanges for purchases made from November 1, 2014 through December 25, 2014 until the end of January 2015. Hunter will only allow exchanges for items that are of the same or lesser value as the original style purchased. In the case that the exchange item is of lesser value, we will credit the difference back to the original card used for purchase. We will need to receive the returned item back in a sale-able condition for us to initiate the exchange. If you would like to make an exchange for a style of a higher value than the item originally purchased, you must send back the item, following the instructions below, and submit a new order online for the new item.
Instructions for sending back returns and exchanges in the US
For all returns, an $8 processing fee will be deducted from your credit once the return has been validated and processed at our warehouse. Please use the UPS shipping label provided in your original box and fill out the returns form including a reason for return. Attach the UPS label to the original box with return address information. Please ship to 6801 West Side Ave, North Bergen, NJ 07047. Attn: Hunter Web Returns. If you choose another method of shipping it is at your own cost.
If you do not have a Returns Form or UPS label, please contact our Customer Service by phone at 877-495-1500 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not return items to our head office address in New York City. All returns are processed at our warehouse.
Returning Faulty Goods
This only applies to goods purchased via this website that are within warranty. Please be sure to send faulty product back in its original packaging. Hunter products purchased in a store or on another website must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Hunter honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the mail order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustment. If your purchase is eligible for a price adjustment, we refund you the difference in your original form of payment, such as the credit card you used.
Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
