The Ethicurean is a critically acclaimed restaurant, known for its commitment to innovation and respect for the land and surroundings. Jack Adair Bevan, featured in the campaign, is part of the team there, whose quest is to redefine traditional recipes, while celebrating nature’s limitations to inspire their creativity. The team source their ingredients from within the grounds of the Barley Wood Walled Garden, built in 1901, and the surrounding area. Reflecting the ethos of Hunter Field, it is for its passion and pioneering outlook that The Ethicurean was chosen for the new campaign.
Building on Hunter’s heritage of innovative design, this launch sees Hunter Field present a new design, created with extensive research and testing, The Balmoral Sovereign. A key development within this category, the boot has been re-engineered with a new commando sole, created by industry-leading footwear manufacturer Vibram®. The new sole features commando cleats for high traction and mud-release and is crafted from a NewFlex rubber compound. This compound ensures that the sole unit is super lightweight and flexible with high abrasion-resistance for durability.
